‘Complexity is your enemy. Any fool can make something complicated. It is hard to make something simple.’
Different learning styles
Each of the people I work with has their own unique needs and ways of learning.
Together, we take what may seem complex and a struggle and create strategies and new ways of working for the future.
I am a highly accomplished coach with a talent for facilitating individuals to work at their best even more of the time.
Prior to my work with neurodiversity, I ran my own successful business for 11 years offering the services of coaching and training. I have worked with the likes of Boots, Santander, The DWP and Liverpool John Moores University.
Following a successful career as a Director of a Social Enterprise specialising in neurodiversity I now works as a coach and consultant to individuals, organisations, students and parents.
My passion is all about helping people move forward – and creating a safe space to find their way to do this.
Since 2017 I have been working with Empowering Learning and the International Association for Health and Learning – building better futures for those who just think differently!
